In how many days will I get my refund?

Once the parcel is picked,  you will get your refund after delivery at our warehouse through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

How do I get a product Exchanged?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at kushwahji2707@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What are the exceptions/non-returnable items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CANCELLATION-RETURN POLICY

 
 

    1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
    2. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the goods are out of stock or not available.
    3. You may cancel your order or some items in your order before we bill and ship the items or you can email us at Infinitykrafts.com or call us at +917000615167 for cancellation of your order
     

    We will refund or replace the product under the following conditions only:

    • Wrong product shipped by us.
    • The product received is defective or damaged.
    • In case the wrong product or defective product is received, you will have to report us at Kushwahji2707@gmail.com or contact us at 7000615167 within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please make sure that you provide us with 360-degree uncut package opening videos and pictures as and when requested.
    • No refund or replacement shall be done without package opening videos and pictures.
     

Amount to be refunded

 

 

  • If you receive one or more wrong product or defective product in bulk order, we will refund only product value; no shipping charges will be refunded.
  • If you receive the entire shipment as wrong or defective, we will refund your product value as well as shipping charges.
