- Proper unboxing video or clear images are required as proof.
3. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
- Minor color or design variations
- Mixed designs in bulk orders
- Change of mind or low demand
- Orders placed without understanding product details
5. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds may be issued via original payment method or bank transfer.
